About Zsolt Pethe

Zsolt Pethe is a seasoned impact investing professional with over two decades of experience in business development, banking, and management consulting across the private and nonprofit sectors.  His investment perspective is informed by his endeavors in the realm of social entrepreneurship.

Located in Budapest, Zsolt is a Regional Manager for  Fa-Se, one of Europe’s leading impact investing advisors connected to a network of over 2,000 unique impact investors.  Leading the portfolio within Central and Eastern Europe ecosystems, he develops pipelines of social entrepreneurs across ten countries.  He supports NGOs and young enterprises in driving revenue, and leads capital readiness efforts manifesting in Seed and Series A rounds across Europe.

Previously Zsolt has consulted for the Swiss Agency for Development, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Open Society Foundations and other social actors over the past 15 years.  He also served as Ashoka’s representative for Hungary for seven years.  He was also a 2001 Echoing Green Fellow.

Zsolt supports the Signal Fund as part of its due diligence team.
